Job Details
Prepare technical design and develop telematics product features using Java/J2EE and Database related technologies.
Collaborate with product management to translate telematics feature specifications into high-quality, timely deliverables.
Develop service and client-side code and database scripts to support high-volume transactions.
Produce clean, unit-tested, and refactored code when required.
Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, design solutions, and stabilize new products.
Analyze and report production issue and ticket trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
Analyze current technology and develop processes to improve and expand upon them.
Manage production issue triage, tracking, troubleshooting, ticket creation and maintenance, vendor follow-up, and stakeholder communication.
Identify root causes of technical issues, document RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documents.
Coordinate root cause analysis and problem management meetings, and conduct trend analysis.
Maintain knowledge of current production systems, best practices, and tools.
Identify issues and risks related to the Issue/Incident Management program and take escalation actions as needed.
Interact with project teams, providing insights from technical issues of previous products.
Support flexibility in work mode between development and support.
Work effectively in a team environment, displaying strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.
