Job DescriptionWe seek a talented Joomla PHP Developer to develop high-quality web applications using PHP and MySQL. Responsibilities include:

1. Developing, customizing, and maintaining Joomla websites and extensions.
2. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code.
3. Integrating third-party APIs and services into Joomla websites.
4. Troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing website performance, security, and scalability.
5. Participating in the entire application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
6. Assisting with database design, development, and management in MySQL.
7. Collaborating with the development team in code reviews.
8. Staying updated with web technologies.
9. Collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PHP Developer.
• Strong Joomla CMS development experience (templates, modules, plugins).
• Knowledge of database design, query optimization, security practices (SQL injection, XSS).
• Knowledge of web server technologies like Apache or Nginx.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile).

Other Information

• Work hours overlap with EU business hours (local timezone within CET +/- 2h).
• Salary Range: 40,000 to 80,000 BDT (Mid Level); 80,000 to 120,000 BDT (Senior)
• Remote position, candidates from Bangladesh welcome.
