Job Details
At KOSTAL, we support business communication using a large MS-Sharepoint farm, along with additional collaboration tools like Concept Board, Staffbase, and Sitecore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting business users on optimal Sharepoint page design.
- Processing service requests, creating documentation, and providing training.
- Monitoring system operations, proactively identifying and resolving errors.
- Managing incidents and problems.
- Owning the services or sets of tools beyond Sharepoint.
Special Tasks/Challenges:
- Potentially supporting M365 project tasks.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in service support or Sharepoint.
- General IT knowledge and familiarity with web technologies.
- Fluent English.
- Experience working in an international, virtual team.
- Confidence in moderating meetings, workshops, and trainings (English).
- Flexible working conditions with remote work options, occasional in-person presence required.
