At KOSTAL we are running a huge MS-Sharepoint farm for business communication.
We use additional collaboration tools like Concept Board, Staffbase, and Sitecore.
- Consult business users on SharePoint page design.
- Fulfill service requests, create documentation, and provide training.
- Monitor system operation, proactively detect errors, and resolve them.
- Manage incidents and problems.
- Own services or sets of additional tools besides SharePoint.
Special Tasks/Key Challenges:
- Special tasks from our M365 project may arise.
Education: University degree within IT or similar.
Experience: 0-2 years in service support or SharePoint.
Technical/IT Knowledge:
- General IT knowledge.
- Familiarity with web technologies.
Languages: Fluent English, German. Other languages as needed.
Skills and Competencies:
- Experienced working in international, virtual teams.
- Confident in moderating meetings, workshops, and trainings in English.
- Flexible working conditions with remote work possibility (occasional in-office presence required).
