Job Title: Junior FP&A Analyst
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)
NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION
Position Overview:The Junior FP&A Analyst will work closely with a Senior Analyst to organize and prepare financial data for internal reporting and analysis. This is a hybrid role that blends data processing, financial structuring, and light accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, organize, and input financial data from multiple systems.
- Assist in building and updating financial reports and models.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
- Prepare summaries and insights for senior analysts and leadership.
- Maintain templates and financial tools in Excel.
- Support projects related to financial due diligence and post-merger integration.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with structured templates.
- Fluent English; clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve data challenges.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with financial due diligence or integration projects
- Background in FP&A, financial modeling, or financial reporting
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct (not required-training provided)
