We are looking for a dynamic Junior Infrastructure Engineer to support the development of organizational IT infrastructure, monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure related incidents.
The IAM team manages a variety of identity governance and access management services, including the continuous improvement of our Sailpoint IIQ implementation. The IGA Infrastructure Engineer will facilitate the rapid change of core security services, and enforcement of identity governance controls.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support development of organizational IT infrastructure across database systems, technology solutions, networks, and servers
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents, issues, and risks
- Support development and maintenance of relevant documentation
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities
Top 3 Hard Skills Required:
- QA test case and automation
- CI/CD engineering experience
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms
- Implement and optimize large data technologies and frameworks
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to resolve bottleneck issues
- Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.
