At TechBiz Global, we are recruiting a Junior JS/Python developer for one of our client's teams in Berlin. This part-time role is ideal for those passionate about ESG initiatives and eager to contribute to impactful tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement web applications using JavaScript and Python.
- Assist in developing and maintaining backend services and APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Integrate ESG data sources and analytics tools.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose platform improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript (e.g., React, Vue.js) and Python (e.g., Django, Flask).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ESG data or sustainability reporting tools.
- Knowledge of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.
