Job Details
This role supports the Online Training team. It involves designing and developing digital media assets for online training solutions. The role holder will have technical skills in video, 3D modeling, animation, gamification, and learning content development.
Duties:
- Creation of innovative, immersive multi-media training solutions.
- Multi-media content design, from concept to delivery, based on design principles.
- UI/UX design for learning platforms and digital content.
- Work with film creation, editing, 3D modeling, and animation.
- Development using Unity or Unreal Engine (desirable).
- Asset creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and 3D packages (Blender).
- Quality Assurance of online training outputs.
- Creation of learning content using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline).
- Project delivery on time and accurate learner journeys.
- Team player collaborating with colleagues and Subject Matter Experts.
- Delivery of simple, well-defined projects.
- Risk management related to multi-media development.
- Support continuous improvement of digital training policy.
- Support relationships with stakeholders to meet business needs.
Education:
Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or Learning Design (preferable)
Essential Technical Skills:
- Experience with video creation, 3D modeling, animation, gamification.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- 3D package knowledge (Blender).
- Application of common design and media principles.
- Experience creating multi-media content for learning.
Desirable Technical Skills:
- Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Common e-learning development tools (Articulate).
- Basic coding skills.
- Experience with SCORM/CMI5 formats.
- Copywriting (beneficial).
Non-Technical Skills:
- Strong communication skills (English).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work in international teams across cultures and time zones.
- Ability to work independently.
