We are currently working on several exciting projects, including animated series, short films, and digital content, and we’re looking for a talented 2D Animator to join us on this journey.

Position: 2D Animator Intern (Equity-Based Internship)

Location: Remote/Flexible

Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for extension)

Compensation: This is a paid internship via equity. As an intern, you will receive equity in the company, allowing you to share in the future success of the projects and the company.

Role Overview: As a 2D Animator Intern, you will work closely with our creative team to bring characters, stories, and worlds to life. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to various stages of animation production, from conceptualization to final rendering. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and a unique opportunity to grow with a company that values innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of 2D animations for various projects, including character design, storyboarding, and final animation.
• Collaborate with directors, writers, and other animators to ensure consistency and quality across all animations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and concepts.
• Apply feedback and revisions to improve the animation quality.
• Maintain project files and documentation for efficient workflow.
• Work within deadlines to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of 2D animation principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating your animation skills and creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction well.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through animation.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively.
