Lead Frontend Developer

Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle: estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of innovative applications.

Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into functional and technical requirements.

Lead with thought leadership, business acumen, and innovative ideas. Make recommendations for improvements and influence technical decisions.

Work with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to develop innovative solutions.

Skills and Experience:

• 10-15 years experience as a frontend developer using JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• 2+ years experience as a technical lead, managing and mentoring frontend developers, and conducting code reviews.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB).
• Experience with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Proven expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence.
• Spearhead solution definition and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Hands-on design, coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel based on client demands.
• Ability to work in CST or EST time zones.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience
• Experience with Power BI or SAP (Business Objects and/or Analytics Cloud).
• Experience with Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi
• Understanding of federated modules and modern architecture.
• Experience optimizing for SEO and ADA/WCAG compliance.
• Understanding of software design patterns (MVVM, MVC) in frontend development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant certifications.

Salary: $145,500 - $175,000 (base)
