Job Description: We seek a Senior/Lead Machine Learning/Signal Processing Engineer to develop cutting-edge ML/DL models for ultra-low-power devices. Responsibilities include end-to-end pipeline management, from sensor data acquisition and signal processing to model optimization and deployment on microcontrollers.
Key Responsibilities:
- ML/DL Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize ML/DL models for ultra-low-power devices, focusing on resource efficiency.
- Signal Processing & Feature Extraction: Process and analyze sensor data to extract meaningful features.
- Data Collection & Management: Curate and manage datasets ensuring quality and relevance.
- Model Optimization: Implement model compression, quantization, and pruning techniques.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with firmware developers and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in ML/DL model design and deployment, emphasizing signal processing.
- Strong English (written and spoken) - minimum B2 level.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and a deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of signal processing algorithms.
- Experience with sensor data (accelerometers, GPS).
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
- Familiarity with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning).
- Git, CI/CD, and version control proficiency.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with C/C++ for embedded firmware development.
- Familiarity with ultra-low-power device constraints.
- Contributions to open-source ML/signal processing projects.
