Responsibilities:
- Prepare and design the application architecture, in concert with an Architect on larger projects
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and skill development.
- Quickly master existing applications and environments, including legacy code and stored procedures.
- Collaborate closely with both the Data Science team and client team to understand product requirements and deliver quality solutions.
- Drive project success by setting responsible deadlines, personal work plans, and maintaining high standards of performance for yourself and the team.
- Implement and uphold best practice standards in line with client expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-12+ years of development experience, with the last 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience in a consulting environment
- Expertise with C# .NET Core, Microservices, Azure, & Azure resources
- React, TypeScript preferred, also open to equivalent
- Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or other cloud
- Proven experience in leading development teams, with a focus on mentorship and high-quality output.
- Experience in designing/dealing with cross region issues in azure, load balance in cross regions, and understand of multi-region implications
- Expertise in working with legacy code and stored procedures.
- Strong ability to quickly understand and master complex applications.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
