Job Details
Our client is seeking a Lead Node.js Developer to lead the design and development of backend services and APIs using Node.js to support platform integration with Amazon Connect.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Define and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on AWS.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with DevOps engineers.
- Oversee code quality through reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Mentor team members and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Experience with Amazon Connect or other contact center platforms.
- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, etc.).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
- Prior work with companies in the contact center domain (Genesys, Alvaria, or Five9).
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and serverless computing.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK stack).
