Job Details
Support Experian's Global Center of Excellence in Leadership Development and Learning. You'll report directly to the Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development, contributing to projects shaping the future of leadership at Experian.
This is a remote, part-time (20 hours/week), six-month internship.
- Contribute to Leadership Development strategy through research and presentation prep.
- Support Leadership Development platforms and build learning programs (e.g., CEO Forum, Product Management Academy) through research, feedback sessions, and evaluation planning.
- Develop content and communications to boost leader engagement.
- Track usage metrics and promote global adoption of leadership tools.
- Participate in work analyzing the value of learning and leadership on business metrics.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree or higher in Instructional Design, I/O Psychology, Organization Development, or other relevant degree.
- Previous experience in Instructional Design, organization development, or an interest in leadership development.
- Moderate to advanced experience with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- Proficiency in psychometric statistics (data modeling, factor analysis, regression techniques, interpreting complex assessment data to inform talent strategies).
