About the Role: We seek a Moderator for the Durability Academy, a learning program for nonprofits to measure social impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the Mighty Networks learning space (updates, resources).
- Preparing and sharing learning materials.
- Tracking platform participation and engagement.
- Fostering cohort engagement.
- Supporting/co-facilitating sessions and community building.
- Coordinating synchronous session logistics.
- Scheduling group coaching and 1:1 touchpoints.
- Supporting in-person Academy convenings.
- Creating and distributing feedback surveys.
- Compiling and analyzing feedback data.
