Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience designing and developing curriculum, teaching materials, or learning content.
- Familiarity with established instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy).
- Bachelor's degree (or higher if pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development or Business - you must be a Junior or Senior).
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-energy, fun interactive workshops and summer camp curriculum.
- Create instructional materials for facilitators and coaches (classes, student guides, training manuals, teaching guides, videos).
- Research and identify learning activities and technologies for training programs.
- Collaborate with curriculum and training delivery teams.
- Assist with needs analysis by collecting and organizing feedback on existing training programs and materials.
Time Commitment: 8-10 hours a week for a minimum of 3 months. Must attend mandatory weekly and monthly meetings (virtually).
