Part-Time Learning/Curriculum Designer

We are seeking a part-time remote Curriculum Designer/Content Writer to join Speak’s content team.

Primary responsibility: Plan curricula and produce high-quality language learning materials for English speakers learning Korean.

Requirements:

• Native or near-native bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
• Deep understanding of spoken fluency development.
• Experience teaching or developing learning modules/materials for learners online or in-app.
• Extensive experience and expertise in teaching and curriculum design for English speakers learning Korean.
• Strong native-level bilingual writing skills; proficient in learning material development and creative writing.
• Familiarity with AI technology and a strong interest in learning and adopting advanced tech tools.
• Strong product sense and ability to collaborate with product teams.
• Startup mentality, resourceful, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in multiple language pairs (e.g., German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, or Japanese).
• Experience using AI tools for lesson or curriculum development.
• Experience in translation and localization.
• Prior Ed-tech startup experience.
• Content project management experience.
