Contractor Litigation Attorney

This job's time zone is Pacific.

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our remote employment law firm team, based in Southern California. The ideal candidate should have over two years of licensed experience, preferably in employment law.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and counsel on a wide array of employment law issues.
• Draft and review employment contracts and policies.
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes.
• Stay updated on recent developments in employment laws and regulations.
• Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, etc. and represent clients in court, as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent client service.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar with at least 2 years of licensed experience.
• Experience in any area of litigation, preferably Employment. 
• Ability to work remotely and manage your workload efficiently.
