Responsibilities:
- Propound and respond to discovery in insurance defense cases
- Conduct extensive legal research.
- Assist with trial preparation including development of witness lists, exhibits, and trial binders
- Draft case summaries and status reports
- Collaborate with our team of insurance defense litigators to advance case preparations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on insurance defense
- Paralegal certificate is a huge plus!
- Proficiency in e-discovery and case management software
