About this positionWe’re seeking a Logistics Analyst with a strong focus on EDI to help streamline and support our client’s data flow with transportation carriers and logistics providers. In this role, you’ll act as a connector between strategy, systems, and execution—analyzing EDI trends, resolving issues, and driving process improvements that enhance visibility and compliance across the supply chain.

Job Responsibilities

1. Analyze EDI error trends and support root cause resolution to reduce data flow disruptions
2. Support the onboarding of new logistics partners to the EDI program, including test data exchange and compliance reviews
3. Partner with IT and logistics teams to document and improve processes and mapping requirements
4. Monitor EDI compliance and collaborate with internal teams to address functional or operational gaps
5. Communicate EDI expectations to stakeholders and educate teams on data element requirements

Skills/Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with EDI in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
• Familiarity with JDA/Blue Yonder systems preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with large datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint and Power BI
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with both business and technical teams
