Logistics Analyst – EDI This is a contract opportunity.This is a remote opportunity.
About this positionWe’re seeking a Logistics Analyst with a strong focus on EDI to help streamline and support our client’s data flow with transportation carriers and logistics providers. In this role, you’ll act as a connector between strategy, systems, and execution—analyzing EDI trends, resolving issues, and driving process improvements that enhance visibility and compliance across the supply chain.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze EDI error trends and support root cause resolution to reduce data flow disruptions
- Support the onboarding of new logistics partners to the EDI program, including test data exchange and compliance reviews
- Partner with IT and logistics teams to document and improve processes and mapping requirements
- Monitor EDI compliance and collaborate with internal teams to address functional or operational gaps
- Communicate EDI expectations to stakeholders and educate teams on data element requirements
Skills/Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with EDI in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
- Familiarity with JDA/Blue Yonder systems preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with large datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint and Power BI
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with both business and technical teams
