About the roleThis is a great opportunity to join our Work From Home VIC Sales Team, with Initial training taking place at the Melbourne Office for 1 week, continued by a working from home (WFH) environment. In this sales role, you will make outbound phone calls to Accor hotel customers, where all leads are provided, giving you the opportunity to sell Accor guests our award-winning loyalty membership program. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with your customers and build your own database, so that you can renew their membership each year, further adding to bonus potential.
About youNo previous sales experience required (phone experience preferred, but not essential), we are looking for someone who is excited to embrace a fully supported journey with an extensive, paid, in-house training program, plus ongoing training and coaching. Our ideal candidates will demonstrate:Resilience & Perseverance – you’ll need grit to be successful, with a positive “can do” attitude;Ability to build rapport – you need to be comfortable picking up the phone and having a chat;Drive & Motivation – to succeed in a sales environment for yourself and your team.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to: Attend in-person training at our Queen Street office in the CBD (a short walk from Flinders Station) from the 2nd of June to the 6th of June, from 9am to 4.30pm. Comfortable using computers and able to navigate software and systems (laptop & headset provided by us). Work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
