Authentic is looking for a Managing Strategist, Paid Media to lead digital advertising campaigns for some of our biggest clients. Term ends on November 28, 2026.
- Act as the advertising lead for a significant number of large clients
- Manage employees, conduct reviews, and make recommendations about raises/promotions
- Lead on setting best practices for ad copy and developing innovative advertising strategies
- Set up and track ads and advertising spend in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Switchboard, Scale to Win, and other advertising and texting platforms
- Optimize digital ads in advertising platforms and report on results
- Lead on client communications, producing professional reports and memos
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the issues and a passion for electing Democratic candidates
- Experience executing large-scale digital advertising programs
- Deep knowledge of advertising platforms like Facebook and Google Ads, texting platforms like Switchboard, and CRMs like NGP and ActionKit
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and/or training managing and/or mentoring
- Extensive experience in client management, copywriting, and digital ad campaigns
