MasterBrand Cabinets LLC, a leader in the U.S. Cabinet Manufacturing Industry, is seeking a confident, results-oriented Manager, Full Access Marketing & Training to join their high-performing team.
This role is responsible for strategic planning and execution of MasterBrand's Dealer Segment Marketing and Training.
The selected candidate will report to the Director, Brand & Product Strategy and collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Service, Creative, Digital, and other internal teams, as well as external partners. This role owns and orchestrates marketing campaigns and product launch readiness for assigned brands, requiring extensive cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing targeted brand marketing and training campaigns to boost dealer/designer confidence and drive brand sales.
- Activating marketing strategy via program development, digital and traditional materials, and content creation.
- Building in-depth customer relationships and tailoring marketing/training strategies to help designers effectively sell cabinetry.
- Crafting a clear and repeatable brand story to highlight advantages over competitors.
- Creating sales tools, merchandising materials, and collateral to enhance brand perception and facilitate product engagement.
- Developing engaging and relevant training modules on product, design, and selling to build customer loyalty.
- Hosting in-person and virtual training events to position KitchenCraft and Urban Effects as a designer-recommended brand.
- Collaborating with the social media team to create engaging content and leverage brand capabilities.
- Gathering and acting on customer feedback to improve communications and training materials.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of all MasterBrand strategic business units.
- Leveraging insights from peers to provide value-added recommendations and best practices.
- Demonstrating the MasterBrand Way by promoting growth, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and complexity, and improve the work environment.
- Demonstrating effective teamwork, proactively sharing information and ideas, and accepting feedback.

- Passion for content development, writing, and customer engagement.
- Skill in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Proficient in adopting brand style, tone, and voice for various audiences.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Training, Sales, Design or similar field.
- Experience in cabinet manufacturing highly desired.
- Experience working with a Kitchen Designer and utilizing Design Live (2020) is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms, Smartsheet, Canva, and/or Slido is preferred.
