Part-Time Marketing Assistant

• Execute marketing strategies and manage brand initiatives.
• Develop and execute email and social media campaigns.
• Perform market and client research.
• Write and schedule emails (3x weekly) via email automation, text, and push notifications.
• Post on social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest.
• Create reports on marketing performance and track social media trends.
• Maintain schedules for email campaigns and social media posts.
• Support content creation, design, promotion, and distribution; community engagement, sourcing user-generated content.
• Organize and manage marketing collateral.
• Compose and create graphic content in Canva daily.
• Perform minor video editing in CapCut.
• Ensure consistent brand design and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, and/or digital media.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree a Plus.
• Experience with email marketing systems (Klaviyo ideal).
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite and chatGPT is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain brand voice.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
• Portfolio required
