Part-Time Marketing Assistant

A leading fertility clinic is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the content calendar and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Draft, edit, and format content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.
• Monitor community engagement – respond to DMs, comments, and inbound inquiries.
• Support email marketing initiatives using tools like MailerLite and Canva.
• Assist with campaign research, partnerships, and outreach efforts.
• Use tools like Notion or Asana to maintain project organization.
• Secure creative assets and help manage vendor relationships.
• Support logistics for webinars, virtual events, and content production.
• Track KPIs across channels and create basic performance reports.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience (internships and volunteer work count!).
• Strong writing and editing skills with a compassionate, brand-aligned tone.
• Ease with digital tools like social media platforms, email tools, or website editors—or enthusiasm to learn.
• Experience with Wix or similar website builders is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time/project management.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset.
• Awareness of emerging AI tools and digital trends.
• Passion for reproductive health, wellness, or emotional support is a plus.
