Intern Marketing Intern, Video Editing- EAG Laboratories

Through multi-disciplinary expertise in the materials and engineering sciences, EAG helps companies innovate and improve products, ensure quality and safety, protect intellectual property and comply with evolving global regulations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to assist our marketing department. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Works with Marketing Managers to determine event-specific value propositions and brand messaging
• Contributes email, social media and web page content to support promotional campaigns
• Prepare promotional presentations
• Collects quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Assists in performing market analysis and research on competition
• Help distribute marketing materials
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

*This is a part-time position*

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a college student in Digital Media Arts, Marketing, Video Editing or related field
• Strong working knowledge of video editing software
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), Video editing programs, and WordPress is highly desirable
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital marketing trends
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with marketing metrics
• Portfolio of creative work (writing samples, design projects, or video content) is a plus

Compensation Range: $21/per hour
