Job Details
Come up with fully-thought-out marketing/advertising ideas. Implement from start to finish.
Analyze and report on target audience insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build strategies.
Discuss and consolidate data/findings to support marketing ideas with management.
Ensure marketing plans appeal to the target audience.
Design marketing materials: Videos, articles, banners, posters, emails.
Develop creative briefs: Detail objectives for all communications (print, social media, digital, video).
Research customer & market insights: Determine outreach strategies to increase conversions.
Document impact & effectiveness: Analyze current marketing plans, find ways to improve/optimize.
Administrative work (if needed): Collect and check data accuracy in Excel/Google Sheets.
Required: Marketing-related major (Mass Communications, Advertising, Social Media, English).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Bonus: Content creation experience.
