Job Details
To come up with fully-thought-out marketing/ advertising ideas that can be implemented from start to finish.
Analyze and report on target audience insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to help build the best strategies possible.
Discuss and consolidate data and findings to back up your marketing ideas with the managing director or business executive.
Ensure marketing plans and strategies appeal to the target audience.
Design or create marketing materials: videos, articles, banners, posters, emails, etc.
Develop creative briefs that detail how objectives are met for all advertising and public-facing communications (print, social media, digital marketing, video assets, etc.).
Research and document best ways to gather customer and market insights to determine outreach strategies needed to increase customer conversions if the Ad idea has been launched.
Document tracking of current marketing plans' impact and effectiveness, analyze them, and find ways to improve or optimize them.
Administrative work (if needed): Collect and check the accuracy of data in Excel or Google Sheets.
Ideal candidate from a marketing-related major (Mass Communications, Advertising, Social Media, English for professional communication, etc.).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Experience in content creation is a bonus.
Must be a creative thinker, critical thinker, and detail-oriented.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Ability to design using tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
Knowledge of making appealing videos for target audiences on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
Familiarity with SEM/SEO strategies.
