Job Details
Mae is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to support expectant and new mothers in Mae’s program. This role involves educating members on doula support, matching them with doulas, scheduling sessions, and driving member adherence. Key responsibilities include:
- Making high volume outbound calls to engage members in doula support
- Tracking doula visit completion and following up with members
- Building relationships with members throughout their perinatal journey
- Collaborating with the Doula Experience Specialist team
- Monitoring doula match success and satisfaction
- Documenting all member interactions and outreach outcomes
- Supporting overall member engagement efforts
- 2-3 years of member / customer service experience
- Self-driven towards goals achievement
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
- Experience working in an environment that required high outbound call volumes
- Comfort with managing priorities that may change
- Empathy in human interaction
- Maternal health experience preferred
