Full-Time Microsoft 365 Operations Engineer

• Operations & Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID). Monitor system performance and availability; troubleshoot and resolve issues. Administer user accounts, permissions, and licensing. Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, compliance configurations, and data loss prevention strategies. Ensure least privilege access, audit logging, and password management. Collaborate with security teams to meet organizational standards.
• Deployment & Optimization: Plan and execute rollouts of new Microsoft 365 features and updates. Migrate data from legacy or on-premises systems to Microsoft 365. Continuously optimize environments through automation and best practices.
• Support & Documentation: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Microsoft 365-related issues. Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, guides, and checklists. Train users and support teams on Microsoft 365 tools and features.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams to align Microsoft 365 solutions with business needs. Participate in operations handovers from project teams. Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and industry trends.

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
• 5 year’s experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, or MCSA: Office 365) are preferred.
