Job Title: Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ contract

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-level Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Develop governance strategies and security policies for Microsoft 365 services.
• Oversee the deployment and customization of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Exchange Online.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices, including Entra ID, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.
• Lead migration projects from on-premises to Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
• Define information architecture and governance strategies for document management and collaboration.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with third-party enterprise applications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 solutions architecture and implementation.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Exchange Online, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience in hybrid cloud environments (on-premises and Microsoft 365 integration).
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Compliance Center, and Endpoint Manager.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust security models and governance policies.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
