The role:
You are excited by variety (it’s the spice of life!) - In this role, you’ll be:
- Learning, using, and optimizing our deployment process.
- Manually testing across a suite of applications during the sprint cycle.
- Supporting the development team in testing new builds and functionality.
- Advocating for quality and engagement through issue tracking in Jira.
- Pushing releases for the entire Drops catalogue.
- Documenting for traceability.
- Contributing to and delivering the wider QA roadmap.
- Collaborating regularly with support to discuss and prioritize quality issues.
- Communicating effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Engaging with and monitoring KPIs related to issue rates, crash rates, automation, and overall quality.
- Maintaining and supporting existing test automation efforts (Cypress / Katalon).

You have experience working within a product team, supporting them in testing efforts and process improvements. You’re proactive, able to recognize problems, spot patterns, and propose improvements. You’re excited about releasing new features and enjoy meticulous documentation.

Requirements:
- Experience in independently planning and executing testing for products and applications.
- Interest in UI test automation.
- Experience with issue tracking tools such as Jira, Monday, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactiveness and a solutions-focused attitude.
- Experience writing documentation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
