Full-Time Middle ReactJS Developer

• Develop and maintain user interface components using React, TypeScript, and the ConnectWise Asio Front-end framework
• Collaborate with PHP Back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth client-server communication
• Implement responsive, accessible, and high-performing UI layouts following UX designs and branding guidelines
• Participate in migrating legacy interfaces to a modern React architecture
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern React patterns (hooks, context, functional components)
• Contribute to shared UI libraries and ensure component consistency across the platform
• Debug, test, and optimize Front-end performance and browser compatibility
• Work with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases via CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups within an Agile team
• Learn from and adopt new technologies and practices of Senior engineers to improve quality and productivity

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Front-end development, with at least 2 years of experience using React in production
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, preferably with PHP Back-ends
• Knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar)
• Familiarity with component-based design, reusability, and responsive layouts
• Experience with Front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, Prettier, npm/yarn)
• Understanding of Git-based workflows and Agile development practices
• Basic knowledge of performance optimization and browser debugging tools
