Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Socket's Marketing team to create captivating motion graphics that elevate brand communication, from concept to final production.
  • Develop storyboards to visualize and refine compelling narratives, create sequence of storytelling frames and overall design.
  • Manage comprehensive post-production tasks including video editing, color grading, compositing, and final renderings.
  • Stay informed about new design trends, animation styles to bring innovative ideas to the collaterals.
  • Continuously evolve Socket's motion styles, guidelines, and processes through creative challenges and iterative improvements.
  • Proactively enhance the brand's visual identity across various channels, driving design evolution and contributing to the expansion of our design system.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design studios or in-house creative agencies, demonstrating proficiency in motion graphics and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and the ability to engage audiences through compelling motion content.
  • Experience in 3D motion graphics and AI image/motion generation is advantageous.
  • Additional skills in music editing and sound design are a plus.
  • Proactive learner with the ability to thrive independently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, particularly in the crypto space.
