About the Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
LINK is seeking a Motion Graphic Video Designer to craft compelling visual narratives. You’ll bring static concepts to life using design, illustration, animation, and interactive media.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual stories
- Create storyboards and support script development to shape narrative and flow
- Apply principles of design, animation, and color theory to bring concepts to life
- Design and animate assets, including typography, for motion graphics projects
- Source and integrate audio elements (e.g., sound bites, music) to enhance visuals
- Edit and render motion graphics and synchronize related audio
- Establish motion graphics best practices within the team and across functions to maximize client impact
- Use design strategically to address complex organizational, technical, or societal challenges
- Create infographics, charts, diagrams, and presentations to communicate both data-driven and abstract ideas
- Develop clear information hierarchies and visual frameworks that enhance understanding and retention
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film/Videography, Animation, Communications, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role
- Strong skills in graphic design, illustration, and 2D/3D modeling and animation
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Experience with Cinema 4D and Final Cut Pro
- Deep expertise in information design, with a passion for visual storytelling and data-driven communication
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to evolving project needs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at guiding clients and teams toward clarity and actionable requirements
