Full-Time Multimedia & Motion Designer

Sword Health is seeking a talented Multimedia & Motion Designer to join their growing team. This role is vital for creating visually engaging content to support their AI-driven healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative concepts for editorial and motion graphics.
• Craft visually compelling brand stories.
• Collaborate effectively with team members through clear and timely communication.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate design ideas.
• Design projects from scratch and enhance existing materials.
• Provide accurate project time estimations.
• Adhere to current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop new processes and tools.
• Assist with selecting audio, graphic, and animation styles.
• Lead editing and post-production projects, including video editing.
• Collaborate with video production and external suppliers to maintain brand consistency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven portfolio showcasing current motion graphics work.
• Minimum three years of experience in animation and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of animation and design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with tools like Rive and Lottie for motion graphics integration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to uphold brand style guidelines.
• Problem-solving skills for visual design challenges.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
