Job Details

National Sales Manager will play a key leadership role, managing a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive growth. You'll be responsible for setting sales strategies, supporting your team, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Develop and execute a 12-month commercial sales strategy with actionable quarterly targets.
  2. Lead, coach, and support KAMs to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Build frameworks and systems to streamline sales processes and team effectiveness.
  4. Be the trusted link between Montu and clinic partners, handling escalations and providing support.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams for aligned messaging.
  6. Champion deep product understanding within your team, providing training, tools, and resources.
  7. Own team and individual sales performance, identifying and unblocking roadblocks.
  8. Support development of sales targets and forecast performance.
  9. Drive initiatives to grow Montu’s prescription share and brand presence.
  10. Monitor competitor trends and clinic behaviour to spot growth opportunities.
  11. Provide clear reporting to leadership.
  12. Hire, lead, and grow a high-performing team, setting clear goals, managing performance, and supporting development.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience leading successful sales teams (ideally in healthcare).
  • Strong coaching mindset with the ability to develop others and foster engagement.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales lifecycle and customer experience.
  • Comfortable using CRMs and sales tools.
  • Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel.
