Job Details
National Sales Manager will lead a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive brand growth among prescribing partners and clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a 12-month sales strategy with quarterly targets.
- Lead, coach, and support KAMs to meet/exceed targets.
- Streamline and enhance sales processes and team effectiveness.
- Act as a key contact between Montu and clinic partners.
- Manage escalations and provide exceptional support to prescribers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams for aligned messaging.
- Champion deep product knowledge within the team.
- Provide training, tools, and resources for KAMs to effectively communicate product value.
- Own team/individual sales performance (from acquisition to retention).
- Identify and address roadblocks to sales success.
- Support the development of sales targets and regular performance forecasting.
- Grow Montu’s prescription share and brand presence.
- Monitor competitors and clinic behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide clear reporting to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Hire, lead, and grow a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Set clear goals, manage performance, and support individual development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading successful sales teams (ideally in healthcare).
- Track record of building strategic relationships and exceeding targets.
- Strong coaching skills to develop others and foster team engagement.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the full sales lifecycle and customer experience.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel.
