Who You'll Work WithWe are experiencing tremendous growth and need a self-motivated Pre-Sales Network Systems Engineer for pre-sales support in Poland. A key member of the Arista Sales team, you'll act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, identifying opportunities, gathering requirements, and designing solutions.

What are your responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Managers to understand customer challenges and conduct network architectural sessions and product presentations.
- Architect, design, and propose Arista Data Center, Routing & Campus network and security solutions.
- Perform customer proof-of-concepts and network deployments.
- Create design guidelines and recommend improvements to customer networks.
- Lead technical responses to RFPs/RFQs.
- Lead customer feature requests from requirements to implementation and deployment.
- Provide customer feedback to Product Management and Development.
- Represent Arista at industry events.
- Stay updated on competitive solutions, products, and services.
- Author white papers, blogs, and articles on technology.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Sales attitude and passion for driving new business.
- Technical degree.
- Networking design and implementation experience.
- Routing and switching experience, including relevant protocols.
- Data Center, Routing, or Campus network architecture design experience.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of switching and routing protocols (Spanning Tree, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VXLAN, EVPN, Multicast, QoS, Network Segmentation, etc.).
- Understanding of competitor technologies.
- Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Systems Engineer, or Network Consulting Engineer (preferred).
- Security deployment experience (bonus).
- Hands-on CLI experience (highly desired).
- Experience/interest in Netops/Devops using tools like Python and Ansible.
- Arista Cloud Engineering (ACE) Level 5 or higher (or equivalent).
