About Your Tasks
Monitor and enhance search and recommendation widget performance. Manage day-to-day operations for search and recommendation tasks.
Develop and implement new ideas to improve search and recommendation functionalities.
Lead, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to inform decision-making.
Collaborate proactively with stakeholders (Product Management, Category Management, Retail Media, Analytics, and service providers).
Stay up-to-date on e-commerce, pharmaceutical, and personal care industry aspects in Italy and France.
Create and utilize dashboards for actionable insights, customer experience issue identification, and opportunity discovery.
Conduct data-driven analyses to explore daily business and strategic work challenges and opportunities.
About You
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce onsite management, product management, analytics, or similar.
Strong analytical skills to identify problem areas, propose solutions, and manage complex tasks.
Technical aptitude to use tools measuring and improving search and recommendation functionalities.
Experience with search and recommendation management tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to convey insights to peers, stakeholders, and partners.
Fluent English, and some Italian and/or French; German is a plus.
Strong business mindset and insights into the Italian and/or French markets (especially health, personal care, or beauty).
Can work remotely but willing to join the team in Cologne twice monthly.
