Contractor Operations Data Coordinator (Contract)

We’re looking for an Operations Data Coordinator to support our order management process. In this role, you’ll coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues, track order status, and ensure timely shipments. This role requires tech-comfort, detail-orientation, and focus in a fast-paced environment. You'll use internal tools and work with warehouses across time zones.

What you'll be doing:

• Acts as the primary point of contact for all Customer Service teams.
• Resolves shipment escalations through assigned case tasks.
• Ensures all site and marketplace orders are processed according to requirements.
• Monitors and verifies daily on-time shipments from all warehouse partners.
• Follows routine procedures and works through the company’s file management system.
• Corresponds with warehouses to investigate errors and troubleshoot order irregularities.
• Handles day-to-day liaison tasks between the Boise Operations team and warehouse partners.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to work a graveyard shift (night shift) as necessary.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to guidelines.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
• Effective multitasker with strong prioritization skills.
• Proactive communicator who asks questions when needed.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Must-haves:

• Must not have any planned trips or long vacations between August 2025 and January 2026, especially during the holidays.
• Must not have other work/employment commitments between August 2025 and January 2026.
• Must have a dedicated, functional laptop/desktop.
• Must have a fast, reliable internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 50MBPS.
• Must have contingency plans in the event of any power outages, connection disruptions, or related circumstances.
• Must be willing and able to work on a flexible schedule depending on the business needs.

This is a remote contractual position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only. There will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required. If performance is up to standard, the contract will be effective from August 2025 to December 2025. Hardware Provision: Company-issued Laptop will not be provided.
