Job Details
We are seeking a part-time Operations Project Manager to support the Audience Strategy & Growth team in executing and overseeing marketing campaigns across Web and email.

- Build ad placements across key marketing levers including email and TED.com
- Execute and oversee campaign setup across TED’s tech stack, including SailThru, Hubspot and Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance goals.
- Work with stakeholders across Product, Brand Creative and the Marketing team to gather materials, produce ads, QA and test
- Maintain all tracking & infrastructure across various channels and platforms to ensure accurate and compliant data collection & processing (UTMs, Chartable pixels, etc)
Requirements:
- Familiarity with project management and planning tools, like Airtable
- Familiarity with building or managing ad builds across email and Web, with specific experience in Sailthru
- Familiarity with HubSpot
- Familiarity with Mixpanel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently
