Part-Time Operations Support Specialist - Part Time

Eurofins Environment Testing North Central, LLC is seeking a part-time Operations Support Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate reports following standardized procedures.
• Perform data entry with imports and exports in various data management systems.
• Review previously entered data.
• Create, convert, and merge documents to PDF format.
• Requires business and/or technical vocabulary, and knowledge of company operations and organizational procedures.
• Data Entry, both manually and by imports/exports in various systems.
• Adhere to company health and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma, college degree preferred.
• Authorization to work in the US without restriction.

Preferred Candidate Skills:

• Professional, knowledgeable, confident, and friendly demeanor.
• Previous computer and database experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to meet daily commitments with varying workloads.
• Previous clerical work involving data summarization.
