Role Summary: Outbound BDR Manager to lead a team of BDRs focused on prospecting and qualifying net new logos for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an Outbound BDR team to create net-new pipeline for sales.
- Coach BDRs in cold calling, messaging, and account targeting.
- Manage performance using data, track KPIs to improve outreach.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement.
- Ensure smart adoption of tools (Outreach, SFDC, etc.)
- Run onboarding, training, and career development programs.
Requirements:
- 1+ year leading high-velocity outbound BDR/SDR teams.
- Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and coach reps.
- Strong operational skills, manage performance data, improve workflows.
- Experience with a modern GTM stack (Outreach, Salesforce, etc.)
- Passion for people development.
Compensation: Base salary with annual on-target earnings between $85,000-$135,000.
