We are hiring for a client seeking reliable and professional Outbound Calling Specialists to manage large volumes of calls with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities:
- Client Data Verification: Make outbound calls to confirm and update client names and addresses.
- Client Support & Escalation: Answer basic client inquiries and transfer calls for complex questions.
- Process & Efficiency Management: Manage daily call volumes (100–200 calls) using call center and CRM software.
- Professionalism & Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and follow guidelines.
