Informa TechTarget is seeking a Paralegal to join the Company’s Deal Desk team.
Support the Industry Dive line of business by collaborating with Sales to review and fulfill contract revision requests.
Reporting to the Industry Dive Contracts Manager, support contract management, sales, and customer success teams with client onboarding, contract review, negotiation, administration, and other support functions.
Work with internal business partners and stakeholders, providing support to the Contracts Manager as needed.
- Serve as strategic and tactical business partner to Sales team.
- Field and respond to legal and contract inquiries.
- Field and respond to/create redlined documents from/for clients (small campaign-specific to large, multi-year Enterprise contracts).
- Review client-generated RFPS, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs for compliance.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and approve Non-Disclosure Agreements, Purchase Orders, Insertion Orders, and Statements of Work.
- Support legal aspects of client vendor procurement approval processes and/or coordinate vendor technology questionnaires.
- Support, administer, and manage the Company’s contract lifecycle management tool and contract review processes.
- Interface and collaborate with various business units and leaders (Legal, Finance, Sales, IT, HR, and external representatives).
- Participate in projects in support of business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate.
- Knowledge of contract law, contract provisions, and general business trends.
- Understanding of contract management and commercial contracts.
- Experience working with IronClad or other CLMs.
- Ability to organize and solve requests in a queue (Salesforce Cases helpful).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to influence others and negotiate.
- Experience supporting a growing Sales team.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
