Job Overview: Seeking a highly organized Paralegal to provide administrative and legal support.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize and review legal documents.
- Assist with legal research.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- Track and monitor contract status.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to review and prepare contract drafts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, HIPAA, and international compliance standards is required.
- Experience with California law a plus.
