Job Details
- Handles 25–50 inbound calls/day related to re-enrollment and reverification
- Outbound calls to providers/payers to verify benefits and gather missing intake information
- Documents coverage details in Summary of Benefits (shared with patients/providers as needed)
- Updates case notes in Lynk system to reflect status and actions taken
- Mix of patient and provider calls
Must Have: Medical terminology and basic understanding of insurance, Call Center experience and strong Customer Service skills. *Top candidates will have strong medical patient services experience
