- Strategic HR partner to leaders of Brand, Communications, Growth, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Drive employee engagement, performance enablement, talent development, and organizational design.
- Coach managers on performance management and team development.
- Foster a positive employee relations environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance & Growth, Compensation, Recruiting, and Legal teams.
- Guide organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze people data and trends.
- Champion Ro’s culture.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5-7 years of People / HR experience.
- HR Business Partner experience supporting various teams.
- Experience supporting various workforce segments is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop trust-based partnerships.
- Experience in employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong experience managing organizational changes.
- Strategic mindset and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Working knowledge of employment law.
