As the Personal Injury Legal Supervisor (Team Lead), you’ll oversee a team of Demand Specialists. This role requires hands-on experience in personal injury law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Demand Specialists.
- Review demand packages for accuracy and legal soundness.
- Assign and monitor case progress daily.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular case and call audits.
- Lead provider meetings.
- Handle client escalations with empathy.
- Track and analyze individual and team metrics.
- Collaborate with management on strategy and training.
- Stay current on firm procedures.
- Participate in recruiting and training.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of leadership experience in personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of the personal injury process.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathetic, professional, and client-centered approach.
- Proficient with case management systems.
